Burnout Paradise

“Burnout Paradise” is the fifth installment of the Burnout game series. This game takes place in Paradise City. In Burnout Paradise the races are no longer and take place in an enclosed track, but in a full-scale open world. From downtown Paradise City all the way to Silver Lake, the view is realistic and the game is played at high speeds throughout the city streets and even on some off road locations.

The Burnout game series has always been about races and crashes. Even though the Paradise game is still offering the same plot structure, it is new in every way that counts. It offers a new visual field for the players to race their vehicles in. Instead of the old tracks and simple way of staying on the path, this game lets the player spread out and see the wide open world. A player can explore different areas and perform day to day functions like filling up the gas tank. The car is driven up to a gas pump and the car gets its burnout meter filled up. Also, the driver can get the car painted at different points in the game, although this option is somewhat limited when it comes to color options.

Some of the most popular vehicles throughout the Burnout series are back, and an incredible amount of new ones are added. The visual quality is outstanding and detailed. “Burnout Paradise” has new online innovations and gives players the freedom to enjoy the game on a more personal level.
