Imagine yourself part of an Elite Special Forces unit in 2019. With the latest technology you are given high-tech weapons, vehicles, and of course a Nanosuit. This Nanosuit provides you the ability to enhance your speed, strength, armor, and the ability to turn almost invisible. Yeah, I'm sure you could find plenty of uses for this suit. Well, stop your daydreaming because with realism of Crysis, you can feel yourself in the game.
Crysis is a First Person Shooter game that provides blood-pumping action and a sense that you are right there in the thick of it. This is all created through the fully interactive environment made with the CryEngine2 from Crytek. Now, this is not your typical interactive game. In fact it's much more than that. Lets say you're walking through a patch of bushes, you don't just hear the noise, but you also see the leaves move. Cool, right? Well keep in mind that what you hear and see, the enemy you are trying to sneak up on just heard and probably saw as well.
Another good example of the interactive game-play of Crysis is the adaptability it provides the player. Meaning you don't have to complete every mission and sub-mission the same way. One hint of this is the size of the maps of each chapter. Being as big as they are they provide different avenues to approach your target destination. With that alone you can find new ways of getting the edge on your enemy and blow everything to hell without being spotted once.
So with Crysis having a real advantage with the latest technology for FPS game-play, you can find yourself at war with your free time trying to use all that this game gives you.
