The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena

Starbreeze Studios and Tigon Studios are creating a game for Xbox 360. On April 7, 2009, The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena will be released in North American stores and on April 24, 2009 in Europe. This game suitable for anyone 16 or older. There are three types of game modes in the game including single Player, multi-player and Xbox live.

This is a first-person shooter game, which means you are playing and looking through the eyes of the main character, Riddick. This game is also considered a stealth game because you stay hidden from Riddick's enemies. When you play as Riddick, you can choose the original journey with Riddick or his newest adventure called, The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena. This is the newest campaign with all new features including new weapons, enemies and much better graphics. The multi player modes in the game are death match, team death match, capture the flag, pitch black and butcher bay riot. Pitch black is probably the best feature since it is played in the dark, which goes with the theme of the Chronicles of Riddick. In pitch black mode it doesn't matter if you pick mercenaries or Riddick. Mercenaries have poor eyesight and must use flashlights to see, but they have a better range of weapons. Riddick does not have automated weapons, but has special eyesight abilities.

For gamers who love The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay, the new sequel will have all of that, plus better features. Also, for you gamers who just can't wait to play this game, you can currently play the demo that is on Xbox live.
