Grand Theft Auto IV for Play Station 3, also known as GTA IV, was released April 29, 2008 by Rockstar Games. As the fourth game in the series, it just keeps getting better with new features and improved graphics. The game world has stepped to a new level offering high-definition, which offers realistic graphics and affects. The player actually gets to be Niko Bellica because the game is played in the third person. The game is still in Liberty City but now has four boroughs and other areas outside Liberty City to explore, resembling New York City.

GTA IV has several modes of play including Team Deathmatch, Team Mafiya Work, Team Carjack City, Cops n’ Crooks and Turf War. GTA IV also has several racing modes and missions to try. Grand Theft Auto IV has won many awards and top rankings including the Editor’s Choice Award and Playstation Game of the Year Award. Moby Games and Games Rankings state that Grand Theft Auto IV is one of the best games of all time.

Grand Theft Auto IV has over $500 million in sales in the first week it was released. This very popular action adventure game is rated Mature for strong language, sexual content, use of drugs and alcohol and intense violence. Parents should be aware of this as this game may not be appropriate for children under 17.
