Madden 2009

Since the year of 1989 there has been a constant that always happens in the video game world. Every August they prepare themselves for Madden Football. Madden NFL 09 is a video football game that is based off the National Football League. It was released by EA Sports and is available for multiple game systems like Xbox, Xbox 360, Playstation 2 and 3, Nintendo DS, PSP, and the Nintendo Wii.

Every year Madden introduces a few features that help make their fans even more, and this year is no exception. One such new feature in the game you will notice when you first turn it on is called the Madden IQ Test. This test is only available in the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 video game systems. The test will put you through a series of mini games where you try to dodge tacklers, work on your joystick controls, and practice your tackling among other things. Also new commentators, and a picture in picture play calling system are just a few of the new features that have been placed in the game. The graphics have also been improved once again this year, with new weather effects, new fan graphics and a whole lot more. This year was the 20th anniversary of the game being released so EA made it a collector’s edition and also put a copy of Head Coach 09 with the game as well.

The Madden Nation has been satisfied for one more year, but Madden 10 is fast approaching and has everyone in the video game world is already drooling with anticipation.
